Sg. Palas Boh Tea Garden, Cameron Highlands

Taking break with fresh and an amazing nature scenery always is my ideal travel. Nature can bring unlimited peace and tranquility to my heart, soul and mind. It definitely is a temporary good escape for people like me who live and work under stress in city. Come out of the town to feel what I felt at Sg. Palas Boh Tea Plantation, one of my favorite spot in Cameron Highlands.
Along the way from Tapah to Cameron highlands, there are main tea plantation dominating the valley in Cameron Highlands- Habu Tea Plantation in Ringlet, Bharat Tea Plantation in Tanah Rata and Sungai Palas Tea Plantation in Brinchang.

I had chance to visit Bharat and Sg. Palas Tea Plantation. I love the one at Sg. Palas very much because it is isolated from main road, a nice place to set ourselves free from crowd. While Bharat Tea Plantation is setting at the main roadside. That place was crowded with tourists and bus during holiday season. Parking is a main problem if you want to drop by. Most of the car had illegal park at roadside and I'm highly not encourage it to avoid unfortunate summon. I didn't visit to Habu tea house. But from what I saw from its signboard when I passed by, Habu is same like Sg. Palas center which need drive up to reach it.
We assessed to Sg. Palas tea garden by a narrow route which is shared by two-ways vehicle, passing by private bungalow, forests and farm. A large signboard can be seen at the entrance where nearby and before to the Ee Feng Gu Honey Bee farm.
If you want take scenery photos at the roadside, you need to find a slightly wider road to stop.
Well, here's the place to save your air-con and wind down your car's window safely to feel breeze and fresh air.
A spacious parking area is provided underneath of the hill. We walked up to tea center by paved road or trail though a tea garden that climbs across the slop.
Enter to tea center, tea cafe is at the left side while right side leads to tea shop and exhibition gallery.
i love this corner seat. It is closest to the-only-green view and most important, I can conquer this corner area to freely enjoy my photography.
We ordered two teapots of Boh tea and a slice of butter lemon cake. Total costs RM13.
Besides tea house and tea shop, there is a tea factory at the next building. We can watch how is the tea process and produce stage by stage.
Morning sun imbues the green leaves with a golden gleam, that's why I like to come here on early morning.
